Order Processing

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £4.50 applies to orders shipping within the United Kingdom (subject to weight limits).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Fees vary by country, see Royal Mail’s international shipping rates here.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Alchemy Experiment is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at staff@alchemyexperiment.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
